The plan was simple – Spend Christmas ’23 in the wild, drive the camper somewhere remote, take walks in the crisp winter air, sit and watch the unbelievably clear night sky, swim in an icy cold loch…Scotland had alternative arrangements. “If you you don’t like the weather in Scotland, come back in an hour”
‘25th December 2023 – Woke up in Glencoe. Stayed in an AirBnB on Saturday on Skye, the plan to stay there has gone out of the window and we’ve decided to drive south in search of clearer weather. We left Sunderland on Wednesday and it has not stopped raining, literally, not once.’
All the images here were taken on an iPhone 13 Pro Max and edited on my phone in Lightroom mobile. My ‘proper’ cameras stayed in the bag for six days.
