Last week I spent the morning at Impermanence Tatu, South Shields, documenting Mick Weald being inked by the very talented, Joe Munroe. Mick is currently having all of his existing arm tattoos covered with solid black, an uncomfortable experience, to say the very least.

I can only echo what everyone else is saying – this is superb reportage and story telling skills. I know it’s ‘Just a tool’, but you are using that Leica the way it should be used and not just as a piece of jewellery like 90% of Leica owner use them for. Bravo, Phil, Bravo!
